Can you talk to us more about 'Illusion' and maybe explain a little more to readers what that is?
Edit, Addition: So what does that concept of illusion mean to you, personally? In what ways do you, yourself, get caught up in illusion?

Lets start wt is illusion? am not quoting right now from any book its just what ever I have read about illusion and I m just trying to tell what is my opinion about illusion .... Mean what understanding I have got from reading the book and relating it to world around me ..... 1st of all we have to understand what is not illusion ? ...... When I see around me there are three thinks god ...nature... and me or us .. (souls) we are not body’s because its made by five elements … and it will be destroyed ……..but when we (soul) think that we are body than illusion start doing its work or due to illusion we think like that…… mean … this thought that… am body is because of ego, (ahamkar) ignorance …… so there is God do he is illusion? no he is not he made this world if there is no creator … than from where the creation have come because we are creation not creator the acceptance of difference between creation and creator is a matter ( subject ,issue , substance, gist) ............ of faith and ignorance (ego) ……..who ever have faith he believe that there is creator (god) ……..and who don’t have faith he remain in dark (ego,illusion,ignorance) why? Because he thinks he have made this world but is it true, if he have made this world than why cant he control poverty, sickness , war, murders, rapes, injustice, tension, anger, terrorism, etc .(although this all because of our bad karma’s punishment given by god that’s why no one can control it) Like all that ………if he cant control it than he is not a creator(God) at least…… and if creation is there then there must be creator(God) …….yes we cant realize him ... but we can feel or realize him by the devotion,
So we all are creator’s creation there is two type of creation one is nature and 2nd is soul……. nature is mortal but soul immortal. And most important think we take birth to give accountability of our karma (action) what ever karma we have did good/bad If I did good karma so than I get facilities like car, bang low , and money , fame, stardom , yes of course I have to do hard work for it and that is my karma also , but when I see my neighbor have every facility but I don’t have so due to ignorance (ego) my illusion start working be because am thinking I doing hard work honestly but not getting things like him but he is doing nothing and getting every thing I start feel jealous and try to harm him because am not realizing the truth or I don’t want to face the truth of my bad karma that is a (ego) illusion for by wealth and for money ….. sex is also give us illusion because soul doesn’t have gender …….. and sex is nothing in it self a kind of energy it remain in body or in mind till our body is alive mean due illusion soul start taking enjoy in it…… and we acquire body due our karma or our unfulfilled desires so if am a man I can be a woman in next birth or a woman can be a man ……
Out ignorance we do sexual crime or insult each other because I want to enjoy ……..I… who is I ego ,illusion , dark, if I can forget this" I " than I can realize the god..

Now how illusion is trapping yes I’m not different from all the people sex (kama ) always trap me I m not able to control my desires I’m still a bhogi not a yogi  ha ha ha ha ha but trying to come out of it…..

This question comes up a lot in Christian philosophy as well. If God is so powerful, then why is there war, poverty, violence, etc?
I think the Hindu and Buddhist philosophies give us the best solutions to that problem. Because, if all is illusion, then these things don't really matter. Once they do not matter, we can make them mean what we want, or use them to help us toward enlightenment.
I also like to think of this problem as a sign that we are struggling toward enlightenment and toward being truly spiritual beings. We can't learn unless we are allowed to make mistakes. And we make plenty of doozies! And because we're all caught up in the illusion, we feel pain and suffering and unhappiness because of our mistakes and those of others. Our victory comes when we can take those mistakes and learn from them, turn them around to become great moments of human beings connecting with each other.

This is an interesting challenge. I believe that it is possible to be fully immersed in life, living it to the fullest, 'enjoying' it, looking forward to what the day brings, looking foward to eating and sleeping and sex and being outside in the trees and birds, all of it - and yet not do it from a place of illusion or ego. So that it is possible to be fully engaged with life and still 'detatched'. The closest example of this would be the artist's state of 'flow', when you're immersed in your work and its flowing almost of its own according and you are creator and vessel at the same time, when it's coming from deep inside you, integrated with you but not from ego.

Good questions. I'll step up the line and go first...
Illusion is when we project ourselves onto the world, rather that just see the world as it is for what it is.
We know we're in illusion when we are pushing our own agendas on people, ideas or things. When we start feeling anxioius, upset, angry or forceful, you can be sure we're pushing ourselves and our own expectations, our own beliefs, values and purposes onto the world and reacting to what we think we see. We think it is the world we're reacting to. It's actually us we're reacting to, seeing through eye glasses that we've coloured ourselves.
A solution to illlusion is to learn to just sit, breathe in and out, and watch the world. When you feel emotions come up, you are at risk of projecting and being drawn into illusioins. Then you just take a deep breath, go ack to breathing in and out and watching.

im more keen to talk about more on illustion ( maya) u know money mean maya and maya mean illusion and when we cry for money and for sex too we cry for illusion that  o' god we don't have illusion(money, woman)  pls send money pls make me friend of that woman or girl altimatly we are demanding illusion due to illusion ( ) and now im qouting some srious events from life its a miss happening or wt happen when illusion prevails

Mumbai is in shock after the kidnapping and murder of 16 year old Adnan Patrawala allegedly by young men who befriended him through a social networking website.
Three of the alleged killers are in custody and the Mumbai police is looking for two more suspects. they all are under age bleow 18 only one is 26 they demand 2 million indian Rs in ransam
Though, the Orkut angle hasn't been ruled out. The search is still on for a fourth suspect who was chatting to Adnan on Orkut under the name of Angel, most likely a fake ID. she is his chat friend Police say the brainchild behind the kidnapping was the oldest of the group, 28-year old Sujit Nair, a former BPO employee who had been out of a job for nearly a year.
Nair had planned to flee to Dubai on Monday after getting the ransom. But police claim that when the boys found out the news had been flashed across the media they got scared. and killd adnan ......
now boy have been dead but his family wants to hang them infront of pople
and now some killer's side pepole rumraising that adnan is bad boy himself use to spent lots money he was spoild brad, mean they want to save these kids makeing rumers like this now
lets talk about illsion 1 media , 2 poor kid(who been killed) and his family, and 3 the kid whom kiddnapped him and kill him , this a jernoul incident mean illustion prevailing like that in our life

his father's statment was like this " if i got chance i will beat them till boold will cover all there bodys ........ illuion(ingnorece)
And another family member said " they are not kid if they plan like this and kill a boy .... this wasn't a mistake it was a murder they should be
