Look
over the lesson and get an idea of its focus, get a general feel for the
poses and how the Breathing Theme encourages you to approach
them. If there are poses that are new to you, take the time to learn them,
one or two at a time, and then integrate them into what you already know
of the routine. (The poses in the lesson are listed in the samecategory
listing as the lesson PDF. Click on the pose names and you'll be taken
to the posture page that teaches you, in detail, how to do them.)
Take
the time to practice the routine several times, until you're fully comfortable
with the exercises in it.
When
you feel this routine is not challenging you enough, or you're becoming
bored with it, that's a sign it's time to move on to the next lesson.
:) If the poses in these lesson are too demanding for you, there is a
gentler level of practice, listed under the category 'Learn > Serenity
Yoga Program', where you can still get all the benefits of Serenity
Yoga using poses that will demand a little less of you.
