Simple Side Bend Videos E-mail

The Simple Side Bend is great warm up for your breathing, first thing in the morning or before any work out. It loosens and strengthens neck, shoulders, obliques and outer hips. Do it as a yoga snack at the office and it keeps you energized throughout your day.

It's a key part of the Serenity Yoga program. We use it to wake up your breathing and, in Yellow Level, we use it to help you learn to pace your breathing.

These three videos help you understand how to do the Simple Side Bend safely and effectively. The videos include breathing instruction, safety tips, modifications and common errors. Finally, the demonstration video clip guides you through doing some repetitions along with Corinne.
