The Hug
The key to this pose is to take your time breathing out, pressing your elbows more and more into your chest as you do so. This will stretch the traps muscles at the sides of your neck. Very Refreshing! This pose will start training you for Eagle's Wings. It's also a great compensating pose after doing Chest Expansion and Bust Expansion.
