    The Orange Level Breathing Themes help you develop better breathing so that you'll be able to get more out of your Relaxation Response. It also introduces the procedure for doing yoga poses, so that you'll gain more benefit from each pose with less chance of injury.

    Yellow Level is about pacing your breathing. You've mastered excellent breathing in Orange Level and noticed your Relaxation Response in Red Level. With the addition of well paced breathing, you become able to relax very deeply in a few breaths. You also start to form a stronger connection with your body by exploring the way breathing and movement can go together.

    In Green Level you learn to relax the muscles that are doing the stretches. Up until now you've noticed how the parts of your body that aren't stretching can be relaxed. Now learn to let go of the stretching muscles - and the stretch increases. This is achieved through exercises and visualizations that also slow down your breathing, helping you drop stress more easily.

    The Blue Level Breathing Themes build a connection between your body and mind. You do this by matching your movements with your breath.
