Serenity Yoga uses postures as a vehicle. You use them as bulding blocks while you're learning how to design your mental and emotional state. Postures can provide a great workout, but they can be so much more! By learning how breathing and relaxation affect the stretch, we learn about ourselves; we learn how to master our circumstances and how to create the lives we want for ourselves.
